Our Rapid Response Unit is available for the collection of illegally ‘fly tipped’ asbestos materials and is used by many Councils and Highways Departments.
In the majority of cases, waste can be collected within four hours.
In recent cases of collections, we have had to liaise with police and local authorities to arrange immediate road closures and diversions, and utility companies for the isolation of electricity at substations.
All waste collected is transferred to our holding station, at Kidderminster, where we have a licensed transfer station, for later disposal in accordance with The Hazardous Waste Regulations.
