Company History
ICL commenced trading in 1982 with the specific intention of providing an unparalleled asbestos removal service to Commercial, Industrial and Private clients, together with the installation of suspended ceilings and thermal insulation.
Managing Director Roger Biggin and Contracts Director James Ratford, have both been with the company since its inception and have a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over 35 years within the trade.
Contracts Manager Nigel Biggin joined the company in 1987, to further reinforce the standards which we were intent on providing to our clients.
During the years we have undertaken a variety of small, medium and major contracts, some of these being of a particularly sensitive nature, which have been completed to our clients’ total satisfaction.
We are pleased to hold Approved Contractor status to many Local Authorities, Utility Companies, NHS Trusts, National Construction Companies, Commercial and Industrial organisations.
In June 2004, it was decided to upgrade our Corporate identity and in so doing we changed our trading name from Industrial Contractors Limited to ICL Environmental Services Limited.
We shall continue to offer the best service possible to all of our existing and new clients.
